About Our Products
Q: What types of products do you sell?
A: We offer two types of products:
• Digital Downloads – Instant download files for you to print at home.
• Shipped Items – Physical products made and shipped by Printify.
Q: How do I know if a product is a Digital Download or a Shipped Item?
A: Each product page clearly states whether it is a Digital Download or a Shipped Item.
• For example, Watercolor Christmas Wreath Card – “Digital download”.
• If Digital download is not shown at the end of the item name, it is a Shipped Item.
Digital products will be available for download immediately after purchase, while Shipped Items will be processed and delivered to your address.
Payment Methods
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following credit cards:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express (AMEX)
We do NOT accept: Debit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods. Please ensure you use a supported credit card for your purchase.
Ordering & Downloading (For Digital Downloads Only)
Q: When will I receive my digital files?
A: Immediately after payment, you will receive a download link via email. Please check your inbox or junk/spam folder.
Q: Where can I download my purchased files?
A: You can download the files from the email confirmation you receive after payment. The subject of the email will be “Your Paperpearlco Content”.
Q: What should I do if I have trouble downloading the files?
A: Please contact paperpearlco@gmail.com and provide your order number, which begins with #XXXX-
We will be happy to assist you.
Printing & Usage (For Digital Downloads Only)
Q: Where can I print my files?
A: You can print them at:
• Your home printer
• A local print shop
• Online printing services like Shutterfly or Printfify
Q: What type of paper should I use for greeting cards?
A: We recommend using cardstock (200-300 gsm) for the best quality results.
Q: Can I edit or customize the files?
A: Some files are editable, while others are not. If a file is editable, "Editable Template" will be shown at the end of the item name. If this label is not present, the file cannot be customized.
• For example, Cozy Christmas Party Invitation “Editable Template” - Digital download. This item is editable.
Shipping & Delivery (For Shipped Items Only)
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Our Shipped Items are made and fulfilled by Printify, and the estimated timeline is:
Cards
Production time: 2-5 business days
Shipping time:
• United States: 2-5 business days
• Other countries: 10-30 business days
Wall Arts
Production time: 1-5 business days
Shipping time: European Countries:
• 5-15 business days
• Other countries: 10-30 business days
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is provided by Printify.
Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated by Printify based on weight and destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is in production, as the items are shipped by Printify. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Refund & Usage Policy
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your file, please contact us.
Shipped Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us with photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in obtaining a refund through Printify.
Q: Can I use digital files for commercial purposes?
A: No, all digital files are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or using them for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
